So yeah, I still think about her...

Though I probably should keep it to myself, I’m thinking the best way to deal with it and get past it is to express it. It’s crazy though because if there was one thing she didn’t like about me, it was the fact that I was “so public”.

I can’t help it though. I’m an entertainer, a Rising Executive, Radio Personality, Event Host, Philanthropist, Promoter etc. My whole life is public...it's on display. I even let her appear on my radio show twice. So I’m not worried nor scared to face and answer the questions that come and will come from the supporters of the CWC Entertainment Group movement.

Why didn’t it work?

After a year of being involved, that's a good question. I thought we complimented each other in a lot of ways. You’re reading the blog of a guy that’s only had 6 official relationships. While I’m public, I’m also a bit guarded. I don’t let every woman “go there” with me.

Who knew when she took that military-related job oversees and the fact that I was on the “go” domestically would draw a wedge. I guess we asked ourselves why continue something long-term, long distance if the distance might not get cut down anytime sooner. No need to drag it out longer then it had to.

Did I give up too easily?

No I don’t think so. I’m not one to “handcuff” someone. As I say that, I do realize that’s a gift and a curse. There were times I should have said something but the “HEARTBREAK” inside me preventing me from doing so.

So what’s next?

It’s time for me to officially recognize that it’s over. That we came together for a “season” and now it’s time to officially acknowledge “the off season”. She’s focused on her job and focused on taking care of her daughter. I can respect that. Totally applaud her for that. She didn’t have time for me in this time of her life. We were obviously supposed to learn something from each other and I hope whatever I was supposed to “teach” her, she “learned”.

As the Heartbreak Kid, I just wanted to be different. Different from anyone she ever dated. I wanted to be one of the coolest to do it. I feel i accomplished that and feel she’ll have good moments to reflecting on whenever she thinks about what we had.

And what about you?

I know what you’re thinking and yes...maybe I didn’t totally have time for a relationship at this point either. Things continue to pick up and I’m on the grind now. It’s time to focus solely on the mission on hand; to hit the top of music & entertainment. As I do now, I’ll continue to meet and hang with beautiful women. The only difference is I’ll have to work harder to find out who’s really down for me and who’s in it for who I am and/or who I’m going to be. I'm an entertainer. Predicted by many to be the next to blow. I'm about to carry the city on my back and I'm not even a Rapper! I say that to say I'm not supposed to be caught up on a particular woman.

Though it’s been 8 weeks now, I still think about her...

With that said, I’m officially letting it go.

Forever yours peoples...

Heartbreak Update!

What's up peeps! Yours truly has returned. It's been crazy lately! I'll apologize in advance for any possible spelling errors as I type this on the handhled device.

Today I learned that sometimes I'm too giving. Usually I'm up on schemes from homeless people but one got me today. It's cool though. I gave for good reasons so at this point homie...it's between you and God!

Anyway, If you follow me on Twitter or you're amongst my Facebook friends, I'm sure you know about the Vincent Tucker Radio Show returning for a third "season", September 3rd! I've missed the booth, hanging out with my crew members as well as entertaining the peeps week in/week out with the show. We don't care who has now, just know we have next!

Hosting gigs for the rest of the quarter are picking up. Yours truly could be sharing the stage with a neo-soul legend. Stay tuned for details.

Enjoying single life as I'm meeting a lot of fascinating women. I'll be a lie if I didn't admit I still think "HER" but I'm a rising entertainer ...got to move on!

Remember look for me in the new movie "Tha Bridge", coming Spring 2010 via Red Joint Entertainment. I should have the trailor shortly from what I understand.

I appreciate the support peeps! I do it for you...especially the Ladies!

The Apology Heard Around the World - Chris Brown!

Say what you want to say but I personally feel we should give the 20 year old a chance to redeem himself. I think he's a bright & talented kid that made a dumb mistake.

808's & Heartbreaks!

Greetings people. It's Vincent "Young Heartbreak Tucker" here. Excuse the possible errors as I type this on handheld Peek device as I start to dose off.

Thanks to everyone that came to the official Grown & Sexy B-day Bash last Thursday. Until that night, the last Bday party I had was when I turned 16 in 1999, back when I lived in StoneyCrook (think rappers Mr. Pookie & Mr. Lucci.) I knew it was going to be a packed night when there was 60 people in the place and it was barely 9pm. Between 6pm and 2am, over 300 people came through. I know I missed out on some of my people as I wasn't able to make it until 11:15pm. People think I did that on purpose but thats not totally the case. Anyway, thanks to Keynote of 97.9 The Beat and Ms. Ro of CSL Music Group for celebrating their bdays with me as well. Lots of beautiful women their as well! Shout to Kim! Lol

Still can't believe that Michael Jackson is gone and just how impact music-wise he was to not only Americans but to the whole world. AS we as Americans turned our back on Michael during the allegations, the world stay faithful and supported him as always. Seeing his memorial made me realize I have quite a bit more work to put in before I die if I want a sendoff similar to Mike's.

(Random Note) I've come to grips that I'm a sucker for women that play hard to get and/or are supposed to be out of my league. It's nothing like a good challenge.

Can't wait until NFL training camps start. Aren't we like two weeks away? Oh, Madden '10 is out in 4 weeks. I highly advise that no one try to contact me the weekend it comes out as your emails will be unanswered and phone calls will go straight to voicemail!

Shout out to Red Joint Films and Film Director Joey Hayward. We wrapped our scenes for "Tha Bridge" on Saturday and it was fun! Shout out to Mike Lagocki and Justin 'GOAT' Griffith who are in the film as well. Look for the movie to come out Early 2010.

The Crew of the Vincent Tucker Radio Show is still on vacation...well kind of. Though their is some work that's still going on at the CWC Entertainment Group Offices, for the most part My guys aren't going the normal grind of doing the radio show each week. Look for original new programming in August.

Bout to go now as I need to get a little rest. Stay positive peeps and I'll catch to you later!

The Summer of Heartbreak is upon us...

What's going on peoples? Yours Truly has returned. I know it's been a second. It's just been crazy as of late. As I'm this blog, it's 2:55 central as I'm blogging from the ever so hot Dallas, Texas.

Attended The Texas Urban Music Summit (June 5 - 7) presented by The Core DJs while co-promoting the Dallas Greek Picnic Weekend (June 4 - 7) at the same time time. If you observed the dates of both events, then you know it was a crazy week. No sleep as I also had to continue to manage the business (CWC Entertainment Group, L.L.C. - http://www.Citywideonline.net) plus promote the Hip Hop Helps Heal Domestic Violence Benefit that took place last night).

Side Note / Pet Peeve: I do not like people who don't do their research prior to reaching out. It drives me nuts when someone emails the RADIO SHOW website (http://www.VincentTuckerRadioshow.com) or my myspace page (http://www.Myspace.com/YoungHeartbreak) asking how can they get their song played on our RADIO STATION? If you don't get that the first time, feel free to re-read that sentence and pay attention to the words in caps.

Speaking of the Hip Hop Helps Heal Domestic Violence Benefit Show, Justin "GOAT" Griffith and I appreciate everyone that came through. A lot of hot performances and we all came together to raise funds for the Genesis Women's Shelter. 97.9 the Beat's Headkrack & Keynote came by as well as Pikahsso, Picnic & Tahiti. Shout to DJ Fish, Merk, Jackrabbit & Elle and everyone else that help make the night a great one. It was a late night/early morning so I don't have the dollar amount that we raised just yet. I'll let you know the dollar amount raised.

I'm listening to Once Again by John Legend right now. That's his second album, a 2006 G.O.O.D. Music / Columbia Records release for those keeping notes at home. LOL Album just gets better and better everytime I hear it. Speaking of which, make sure you have his latest release, the 2008 Columbia Records-distributed Evolver. Solid work as well.

So yours truly is back to raising money for diabetes. Gregory Hearns with Cause 360 and I raised the majority of the $1500 that our team raised for the Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes Walk in Dallas last November. In the midst of a recession, we're attempting to raise 3600 dollars this go round. The Walk is 5 months away so wish us luck. If you would like to donate something, do so now at the following link - (http://main.diabetes.org/site/TR?px=4412332&fr_id=6446&pg=personal). There is a "Sponsor Me" button that you'll have to push. All funds go to the American Diabetes Association.

Random Thought: Can the Lakers wrap up the NBA Finals against Orlando tonight? Will the Magic, on the brink of elimination force a Game 6? I'll say this, if Orlando wins tonight, Kobe will wrap it up at home in Los Angeles in Game 6. MARK MY WORDS.

Keeping up on that random note, is the NBA mad that Orlando screwed up the Kobe/LeBron NBA Finals matchup? No doubt the NBA lost a bunch of marketing revenue with LeBron sitting at home.

Too great people to mention that I met at The Texas Urban Music Summit. We'll be airing interview clips on the Vincent Tucker Radio Show in upcoming weeks. The guys are still on summer vacation as we get ready to make a run towards terrestial radio.

Oh while I love all my sororities especially the Deltas (I've dated a few)...BUT I have to admith that there's just something about a female that pledges pink and green! (Wink, Wink).

Can't wait for WWE RAW tomorrow. Starts one hour early. Check your local listenings. Please Randy Orton bring the gold home.

Until next time, say no to drugs and Men...Love the Women.

It's Heartbreak!

"You're too BIG to go to a funeral?"

What's going on peoples? Yours' Truly has returned. Too bad its under solemn terms.

I found out late yesterday that my Godmother had died on May 2nd from cancer. I feel bad because somewhere over the last 3 to 4 years, I've fell out of contact with a lot of people. This music & entertainment thing kinda has me out of touch. I was totally prepared to go to The Vincent Tucker Radio Show tapings today and skip the funeral.

Now I now that comes across bad but I think when you look at what I've been thru, what I've overcome, you could begin to understand where I'm coming from. I've been to many funerals over the past 16 years (and I'm only 25.) After a while, you find other ways to grieve. My way, so I thought, was to go to the tapings today and do what I like to do.....entertain people.

Then, a friend I hadn't seen/heard from in so many years, sends me an email on facebook telling me about the death and the funeral today. She tells me one particular member of the family has been trying to reach me. I think I was still going to miss the funeral until I talked to my radio co-host Myskenna.

Under her direction, she said I needed to pray and think about it. After much thought, I'm going to the funeral. I didn't get to see her on my terms at least not before she died. I had no idea she had cancer. No idea she was sick.

I'm not blaming anyone else. I'm blaming me. I fell out of contact. I failed to pick up the phone and call my loved ones. I've become so encompassed in this business that I've neglected the ones that were there from the beginning.

To those affected, I apologize. Charge it to my mind, not my heart.

R.I.P. to my Godmother Shirly Joyce Turner 8/58 - 5/09.

Signing off....

"Are You that 'Heartbreak' guy?"

**Before I start, I wanted to say R.I.P. to my baby sister Tiffany Tucker who would have been 24 this past week. Long story...we'll get to it another time**

Peoples, what's going on? It's Yours Truly...Vincent "Young Heartbreak" Tucker. It's 9:59 AM (CST) on Sunday, April 19. Last night was nuts. This weekend as a whole has been crazy. The lady that I've been dating who's in the Air Force, returned on Friday. She'll be out here for a week. We chilled on Friday but I decided we should hit the town on Saturday.

It's been a while since Yours Truly could really sit back and just relax. I tell people all of the time to chill out and relax and sometimes I could tend to use my own advice. It's just that my life, to some degree, is on the go. I want to slow down but now is not the time. We (CWC Entertainment Group, L.L.C.) have goals to meet. We plan on fully re-launching our public relations subsidiary, The Young Heartbreak Agency. We're trying to take our feature product, The Vincent Tucker Radio Show to the next level. So much to do and we don't have a lot of time to waste.

Anyway, back to the story. So I made a stop in Wal-mart late yesterday to pick up a few items and amongst reaching the electronics department, something weird of happened. Now I was clean from head to toe, confidence at a high plus my trademark lanyard was on full display. I went to ask one young lady where to find an IPod transmitter and then out of now where, her female co-worker shows up and trys to cut her off and take over. It was crazy because they seemed more interested in cutting each other off and finding out just exactly who I was then to actually help me. I even heard one of their male co-workers behind me mention that the transmitter was really easily to find but he wanted to see how long they would take to find it.

So my lady friend and I then went to meet up with some of my non-industry friends first to watch the Dallas Mavericks beat the San Antonio Spurs! (Now win 3 more Dallas!) Then we went to Brooklyn's Jazz Cafe. Now Brooklyn's was interesting. After feeling like the "MAN" at the previous two stops, I went back to just Vincent Tucker. It's always humbling when situations like that pop up. So we find a table and just relaxed. I was tempted to start handling out flyers and promote, just in the off chance people in the building might have known who I was, but I opted not to.

1 AM hits and my lady friend is ready to go. Next stop, Playdate Dallas. It's a fun event full of games, laughter and fun. If you never been, it's coming to your city. Check out Playdate.com. I think that's the address. Anyway, upon entering the hotel, I heard my name yelled down from one floor up. When I got up stairs and tried to get the admission information, it seemed like everyone knew who I was. It was nuts. I must have spent 10 minutes along just going through the pleasantries. It's something that was just nuts. Like if one person mentioned my name, someone else would over hear it and come introduce themselves. Througout our time there, I took pictures and was shown monster love.

I appreciate that. That's why I do it. I'm here to entertain the people. I do it for you. The person reading my blogs. Listening to our syndicated radio show. The person visiting our websites. The Myspace pages. Everything associated with the CWC Entertainment Group brand. I thank y'all.

Tonight, we're headed to see a new stage play "99 Questions before having Sex!" Shout out to Armani Valentino. I'm sure the play will be great.

And who knows...tonight might just prove once again that I'm more known then I thought I was.

Not bad for a kid that's coming from the bottom.

"Vincent, I Know the Perfect girl for you..."

That's all I hear nowadays.

It's seems like all my homegirls have someone for me to meet. Like Yours' Truly can't function without a "girlfriend". It's cool though. I'm not mad at all. I think all of my homegirls have my best interest at heart. Heck, I remember this one female named Ashley that I was introduced to last year. She attended school in Tyler, Texas. Between her schedule and my schedule though, it was fun whenever we were able to get together. That was the first time that I ever had an 8 hour date. Long story!

Back to the point though, I have met very interesting females since this whole "Let me Hook You Up with a Girl" game started. The problem I face is my schedule makes me inconsistent. Plus there's still a certain someone currently oversees that I still think about too much. Okay, so I'm getting a little too personal.

It's now 1:20 AM Central on Sunday, March 22. I'm been moving all day today. It goes without saying that when everything is moved and set up, it's like HEAVEN. The only problem is the initial moving of the funiture and whatever else you have and that's like HELL. It's been a long time since I got up on a Saturday and didn't have a suit jacket on. I mixed in the crowds like a normal civilian.

Two weeks until Wrestlemania 25 in Houston, Texas. I Can't Wait!

Come on Dallas Mavericks! Get your act together.

Jerry Jones still should have not released Terrell Owens.

As always people, thanks for tuning in and check out my next blog.....whenever it comes out!

T.O. bounces back in 2 Days; Signs with Buffalo Bills!

Two days ago, Jerry Jones and The Dallas Cowboys made a horrible decision in my mind. As a long time Dallas Cowboys fan, I thought the release of Terrell Owens was a bad decision.

I'll admit, when he was in San Francisco and Philadelphia, I was not a fan of T.O. But when he was suspended, I knew he was going to eventually disagree and I must have told anyone that would listen that when he gets released, Dallas needs to sign him. I was picturing T.O. and Terry Glenn on the outside and Keyshawn Johnson in the slot. Jerry Jones went left on me and released Keyshawn before signing T.O.

Since Terrell Owens signed to the Cowboys in March 2006, I had to easily be one of his biggest supporters. The man scored 38 touchdowns in 47 games with Dallas. According to NFL.com, that's one more than Randy Moss during that timeframe.

I like Roy Williams, always have. I became a fan when he was playing at the University of Texas. But I don't think I was ready for him to be the #1 receiver for Dallas. I wanted Roy and T.O. to have a full year together and thought I was getting that. Jerry Jones once again when left on me and released my Favorite receiver two days ago (3/5/09).

I think T.O.'s influence on the field will be missed. This was a guy that drew consistent double and triple team coverage. That opened up things underneath for Jason Witten and Patrick Crayton. I'm afraid now everyone is going to bracket Witten and "DARE" Roy Williams to beat them.

Anyway, what is done is done. T.O. is gone. The guy the media swears is a distraction is drawing support from his some of his former Dallas Cowboy Teammates. He's a Buffalo Bill now. While they won't win a Super Bowl, I do think that T.O. can help them make the playoffs. He could make Lee Evans better by giving sound advice and taking pressure off of him as well.

Good Luck T.O. I can't believe Jerry Jones cut one of his central Marketing Pieces. From a marketing standpoint, it's all solely on Tony Romo.

Early Predictions for Terrell Owens in 2009 - 59 Catches, 917 Yards and 10 TDs.

Hopefully, he does better than this. Can't wait till the draft. My former down the street neighbor Jason Smith could be the 2nd player taken.

Enjoy the video below!

"He" never met a Microphone that...

They say "He's never met a microphone that he wouldn't speak into!" After last night, "THEY" are right!

What's going on peoples? Vincent "Young Heartbreak" Tucker here. It's 11:03 AM here in Bright Dallas, Texas. Okay...I moved to the outskirts so I'm in Bright Euless, Texas!

Anyway, last night I hosted the SMASH OUT AIDS Gospel Hip Hop Event at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Presented by the UTA chapter of Keep A Child Alive (KCA), I was called upon to keep the show going. Shouts out the soundmen Garrick and Lebron...can't forget about DJ Whiz.

The night overall is great. You know, "Yours' Truly" has been hosting at night clubs during my last couple of hosting engagements (a la last week's DJ's & Diva's Party) but this was my return to "The Stage." The Lonestar Auditorium inside UTA's MAC Center was a great place for the KCA - SMASH OUT AIDS event.

I was a little nervous at first. I'll admit that. Because as I crossed the stage I realized this event was "bigger" than last week. You don't have to look at me hosting in a night club...you have to look at me here. If I must say so, I thought I did well. The feedback and love I received following the event, to me, supports that theory. It was the KCA's first event of this magnitude at UTA so as you can imagine, there was a few hiccups. Overall though, everyone should have enjoyed it.

A Secular Guy hosted a Gospel event? Yeah I know what some of y'all are thinking. But yes...I did it. I proved I can "Crossover!" lol. Shout out to all of the performances that took place from Holy Hip Hop, Gospel Singing, Step & Praise Dancing and more. Pastor Corey Jefferson had some great things to say and Avista/Sony Records Recording Artist Tabatha Roy closed everything down for us. Great night as a whole. Shout out to GTK, B-Holy and Big Nick. Oh, can't forget Eternal and Osato. Those guys proved to me that they can take Jesus "Mainstream". The beats were hot, the vocals were amazing. They represented.

So it looks like I've said enough as it's time for me to hit the exit. Once again though, I appreciate being apart of the movement. It was also a benefit so I'll have to find out how much we raise.

Oh...shout out to Melissa Felix, President of the UTA Chapter of Keep A Child Alive. I remember when she was first putting this together. She was SOOOO NERVOUS and Scared as this was her first big event. I kind of served as a consultant. Overseeing the whole process and making sure she was making the right decisions. After tonight, she might just be able to "survive" in the promoter business. lol

Anyway, before I went on that last rant...I was heading for the exit. So Once again thanks. Everybody out there stay lite! See y'all next time!

My post-Barack Obama Inauguration Thoughts!

What's good peoples? It's Vincent "Young Heartbreak" Tucker here! Up early.....7:42 am on a Sunday Morning. I'm about to turn on the radio and listen to Pastor Rickey Rush and get the word for the day!

I was asked how I felt about the Presidential Inauguration by Dallas South Blogger Shawn Williams during a radio interview 10 days ago. thought since I was up, I'd express my official thoughts concerning Barack Obama becoming the 44th President of the United States post Inauguration.

Let me first say this was my first Presidential Inauguartion that I've ever observed. I was impressed with the whole setup. It might sound weird but what did it for me was when Barack walked George Bush out to the other side of Captiol Hill to see him off. I thought it was cool that the Former President and New President from two different parties were cordial with each other and telling jokes.

Unity, Change, Coming Together. This was some of the things President Obama talked about in his Inaugration speech. The above scenario described some of that. Whether you love or hate George W. Bush, please understand its HARD to be the President of the United States. I feel like you have to give him that. It could have been worse.

But back to Barack, him becoming President is much bigger to me than him being black. While I don't want to minimize that he's the first African-American to achieve that feat, I'm more proud of Obama because I feel he'll promote Unity, Change and Coming Together.

We're in/headed to hard times. We'll only come back if we change our ways, unite and come together. (You like how I used "Change" "Unity" and "Come Together" in the same sentence! LOL)

Anyway, stay lite and thanks for all those people that Charles "CITY" Gbabedo and I got to register to vote and actually voted. You made the whole political experience fun for me.

Till Next Time,
